While exchanges are not accepted, returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. If there are any problems, imperfections, or other issues with your order, we will do all it can to ensure a replacement finds its way to you. This can include receiving the wrong product, a damaged product or a shipping issue. Proof may be requested before a replacement is sent.
All B-Grade items can not be returned or exchanged, but purchasing them you accept that you are purchasing a lower quality item at a lower price.

A Grade Pins aka Standard Pins:
These are cup that have little to no visible flaws. They may have very small amounts of color migration, but that is simply an effect from using sublimation. Cups with a lot of color migration or other flaws will be graded lower.
B Grade Pins aka Seconds:
These cups have very noticeable flaws such as color migration, ghosting (where an image double imposes or fails to fully transfer), or part of the design may have an error. These are only cosmetic issues and all mugs are still fully functional. All sales on B-Grade items are final.
