All Products no matter how big or small are shipped with tracking to ensure transparency and customer reassurance. Tracking numbers are emailed once they have been created by the shop. If you lose your tracking number, please message the shop. Address changes are not guaranteed once the package has been mailed out.

While exchanges are not accepted, returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. If there are any problems, imperfections, or other issues with your order, we will do all it can to ensure a replacement finds its way to you. This can include receiving the wrong product, a damaged product or a shipping issue. Proof may be requested before a replacement is sent.

All B-Grade items can not be returned or exchanged, but purchasing them you accept that you are purchasing a lower quality item at a lower price.

A Grade Items aka Standard Grade:
These items have little to no visible flaws.

B Grade Items aka Seconds:
These items may have small visual issues from the sublimation process. This can include being design errors, ghosting (where an image double prints or fails to fully transfer), discontinued designs or other errors. All B-Grade items still have the full functionality of A-Graded Ones. All sales on B-Grade items are final.

These items are sublimated by hand, not by the perfections of machines. As such there may be small differences between two of the same item. These may include things such as small differences in design placement.
